1. Download the Story Permission Form authorising us to publish your story on the website, including permission from your Parent/Guardian allowing us to publish your name, year (e.g. Year 8), and school on the website.
    (You retain the copyright for your work.)
     
  2. Optional: Download the Photo Permission Form to be signed by your parents if you wish to have your photo on the website.
     
  3. Click on the link below to send an e-mail to Bookrapt, stating your name, year, and school. Attach your story as a Word document, with no grammar or spelling errors, and attach a photograph if you want.
     
  4. Snail mail your SIGNED permission slip(s) to:

Don't forget to include your name, year, and school AND to attach your story!

Once we receive your e-mailed story AND your snail-mailed permission slip(s) we will place your story on the website.

Bookrapt reserves the right to refuse to publish inappropriate stories on the website.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want a photo of yourself on the website and if Dad says it is okay and Mum says it is not okay (or vice versa), then it is NOT okay)!

Never allow anyone to publish your name and school, or any other personal details, on a website without asking your parents' permission first - that includes putting your own details on MySpace or Bebo.
